Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of agriprorentals.com (the “Site”) and your communications with AgriPro Rentals (“AgriPro,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our equipment rental and servicing offerings. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or misuse our forms or booking tools.

2. Information, pricing and availability

Product descriptions, specifications, throughput figures, images and prices on the Site are provided for general information. Performance depends on crop, product condition, configuration and operating conditions. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. Published prices are starting rates; your final price is set out in a written proposal. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.

3. Quotes and rental agreements

Equipment rentals, installation, training and servicing are provided only under a separate written rental agreement signed by you and AgriPro. That agreement sets the equipment, term (typically 36 months), setup fee, monthly rate, service levels, responsibilities, insurance, risk of loss, and return or renewal terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.

Promotional offers shown on the Site (such as multi-line, first-time renter, referral and trade-in offers) are subject to eligibility, cannot be combined unless stated, and apply only when written into your proposal or agreement.

4. Service and support

Support typically begins with remote diagnostics, followed by on-site service or component replacement when needed. Unless your rental agreement states otherwise, we do not guarantee same-day or next-day response times, although we prioritize in-season operations.

5. Appointments

Consultations booked through the Site are free and non-binding. Please give us notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

6. Text messages

If you opt in, you may receive transactional text messages from AgriPro, such as appointment reminders, order confirmations and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, photos, video, logos and design, belong to AgriPro or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners.

8. Third-party services

Our forms and booking calendar are provided by third-party service providers, and the Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgriPro disclaims all warranties regarding the Site, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Equipment warranties, if any, are only those stated in your rental agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgriPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, crops or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability relating to rented equipment and services is governed by your rental agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AgriPro harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
