We currently support:

How does the rental pricing work?

We charge a one-time onboarding and installation fee, followed by a monthly rental rate.
Pricing varies based on the machine type, crop, customization, location, and quantity of units.

You’ll receive a full proposal with exact costs before scheduling the installation.

Can you customize machines for my operation?

Yes. We can customize:

• Belt width
• Conveyor configurations
• Mounting systems
• Machine footprint
• Rejection unit layout
• Color / branding
• Integration into existing equipment

For mobile systems, we can install on new or existing harvesters.

What does the installation process include?

Our team handles:

• Delivery
• Mounting (with your equipment or through our fabrication partners)

• First-run testing

Installation time varies depending on the application and level of customization.

Do you offer training for our operators?

Yes. Operator training is always included.

We provide:

What happens if the machine stops working?

Your first point of support is remote diagnostics.


If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, we will:

• Schedule an on-site service visit, or
• Swap components if needed

We do not guarantee same-day or next-day service, but we respond quickly and prioritize in-season operations.

How long is the rental agreement?

Our standard agreement is three years and includes servicing and maintenance.


At the end of the term, you can:

• Renew
• Upgrade to the latest model
• Expand your fleet
• Change configurations based on new crops

Do you support OEM integrations?

Yes. If you are manufacturing new mobile equipment or processing lines, we can integrate our vision system and controls directly into your design.

What does the customer need to provide?

Requirements vary by project, but typically customers need:

• A dedicated operator (or operators)
• Power and mounting support
• Space for installation
• Access to product for algorithm calibration
• A workflow that matches the machine’s throughput

We will walk you through all requirements during your consultation.

Do you sell machines, or only rent them?

We primarily operate as a rental-first provider, but we can work with certain customers on:

• OEM licensing
• Purchase agreements
• Hybrid rental-to-own structures (case-by-case)

If you need a long-term equipment solution, we can discuss all available options.

How far in advance should we book?

For installation during peak season, we recommend booking 12–16 weeks in advance to ensure:

• Machine availability
• Calibration time
• Customization (if needed)
• Installation scheduling

Earlier bookings receive priority.

Do your systems work indoors and outdoors?

Yes.

• Mobile systems operate outdoors on harvesters.
• Processing plant systems can run indoors or outdoors on production lines.

Each system is designed for the environment it will run in.

What is included in seasonal maintenance?

Seasonal maintenance includes:

• Full inspection
• Camera cleaning & recalibration
