How it works

From first call to clean product

We handle the engineering, installation and servicing so your team can focus on harvesting and packing. Here is what happens, step by step.

  1. Consultation

A call or site visit to understand your crop, volumes, line layout, quality targets and footprint. Many growers bring us in before construction or equipment purchases to help design the workflow.

  2. Proposal with exact costs

We recommend a mobile or processing plant configuration and send a full proposal: setup fee, monthly rate and any customization. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

  3. Calibration on your product

Each crop needs its own vision algorithm. We tune it on samples of your actual product so the sorter rejects what you consider off-grade and keeps the rest.

  4. Customization

Belt width, conveyor configuration, mounting, machine footprint, rejection layout and branding are configured for your operation. Mobile units can go on new or existing harvesters.

  5. Installation

Delivery, mounting (with your equipment or through our fabrication partners), electrical and controls integration, camera calibration, conveyor setup, accuracy tuning and first-run testing.

  6. Operator training

On-site training during installation, digital documentation, and maintenance and cleaning guidelines. Follow-up sessions are available.

  7. Season-long support

Remote diagnostics first, then an on-site visit or component swap if needed. In-season operations get priority. Seasonal maintenance covers inspection, camera cleaning and recalibration, belt and conveyor adjustments, component checks and software updates.

  8. Renew, upgrade or expand

At the end of the 36-month term you can renew, move to the latest model, add machines or reconfigure for new crops.
